Hanshek provides tools that help people discover, connect, communicate, and share information. Information and user content available through hanshek.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") may be provided by users or third parties.

While we work to maintain a useful and safe Platform, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, legality, or safety of every user, offer, claim, link, or item of user content.

1. Not a Party to User Arrangements

Hanshek is an independent platform designed to facilitate user connections, discovery, and communication.

We are not:

• A payment processor or money transmitter
• An escrow service, broker, or agent
• An employer, recruiter, or dating guarantor
• A marketplace operator responsible for completed transactions

Any transaction, job arrangement, sale, purchase, service agreement, or relationship initiated through Hanshek is solely between the interacting users. Hanshek does not collect, hold, transfer, or distribute money on behalf of users for those arrangements and cannot provide refunds or decide user-to-user payment disputes.

2. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Your use of the Platform and reliance on information, users, or offers found through it is at your own risk.

Hanshek does not guarantee or endorse:

• The identity, age, intentions, honesty, or conduct of any user
• The legitimacy, accuracy, legality, or safety of any offer or claim
• The quality, safety, or completion of any service, job, sale, or arrangement

You are responsible for conducting appropriate checks before communicating, meeting, hiring, buying from, selling to, or otherwise interacting with another user.

3. Offline Meetings and Personal Safety

If you choose to meet another person offline after connecting through Hanshek, take appropriate safety precautions, including:

• Meeting in a public, well-lit place
• Informing a trusted person of your plans
• Arranging your own transportation
• Protecting personal and financial information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanshek is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or disputes arising from offline meetings or communications outside the Platform.

4. External Links and Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. Hanshek does not control or guarantee their accuracy, safety, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Review third-party terms and policies before interacting with them.

5. Reports and Platform Action

If you encounter scams, harassment, prohibited content, illegal activity, or another violation of our policies, use Hanshek's reporting tools or contact [email protected].

We review reports and may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action. However, we cannot guarantee that every violation will be identified before it is reported or causes harm.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanshek will not be liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on user content, user-to-user interactions, third-party links, offline meetings, or arrangements made between users.
